Pink is one of the movie I prefer to watch in theatre. It is a movie which clearly shows mentality of people about womens who work or who are independent. The acting of amitabh bachchan was mind blowing. The movie( pink) help us to clear the thought or thinking about the working women and there independence. This movie is basically about 3 girls - minal arora, falak ali, andrea and one night incidence in there life which clearly changers there day-to-day life. Where tapsee pannu plays minal arora role, kirti kulhari plays falak ali role and andrea tariang plays andrea role whereas amitabh bachchan plays deepak sehgal role as a lowyer.
Aniruddha roy chowdhury( director) has shown his best work in the movie( pink) which is clearly visible in the movie. I must say this is one of the best movie of his directing carrier. The story is about a night where three boys try to make a physical relation with this three girls and after there opposing the boys tries to forcefully make physically relation( make rape) . And in between opposing one girl name minal arora accidentally hit a guy name rajveer singh from bottle and he losses his one eye.
And the main story starts after that incident. Where the three boys file a false case against the three girls that they try to take money from boys against making a sexual relation with them. Where boys case is represent by piyush mishra as prashant mehra and the girls case is represented by amitabh bachchan as deepak sehgal.
Amitabh bachan as deepak sehgal shows the thinking of now a days boys about the working or independent girl/women. Deepak sehgal shows that a thing which a boy do like drinking alcohol doing late night parties is okay but when the same thing a girl/women do than it is wrong such as late night parties, drinking alcohol etc. In the movie deepak sehgal clearfied three things which boys are allowed buy girls/womens are not allowed. Firstly boys are allowed to drink but girls are not allowed to drink, secondly boys are allowed to do late night parties but girls are not allowed to do late night parties, thirdly boys are allowed to go with anyone they want but girls are not allowed to go with anyone they want.
This movie clearly shows the environment of the society in which we lives and there thinking. At last I must say it is a movie you must see to clear our thing about todays working/independent girl/women.
