They are running a BIG SCAM! Stealing working parts of your car & replacing them with parts from scrap. Then they will suggest you to pay & get that damaged part replaced from them.
DO NOT send your car for service to them. They had told me that my car’s brake pads & disc need replacement as I did not change the pads on time. I trusted them & agreed to get it replaced & asked them to send me the old disc & pads. When I saw the disc I was shocked to see that they have provided a disc of some other car from their scrap as it had RUST on it, which is NOT possible as my car was driven to this service center the same day & pads & disc rub on each other everytime we push brake paddles. They have NO answers how disc can get RUST in few hours and even Honda has NO answers regarding the same.
They have even replaced my car’s suspension with damaged suspension. There was absolutely NO noise from suspension when I had sent my car for the service but when I received it back & took a test drive the suspension was making noise like I am riding a bullock cart. I reported the same to their delivery guy too.
There are lot of other issues with my car post sending it for service to them. They are car part thieves authorised & supported by Honda India.
I am filing fraud case against them & Honda India in consumer court as I have all the proofs against them provided by their own staff.
STAY AWAY FROM PINKCITY HONDA & HONDA INDIA. THEY WILL RIP OFF TOUR POCKET BY STEALING YOUR CARS PARTS
