I recommend all the people not to opt for Pioneer broadband. Though the speed is good, but the services are really worst. I don’t understand why these people disconnect after 10:00 PM and reconnect again after 8:00AM next day. We pay the charges for full day, but these people gives the services till 10:00 PM. I used to use Beam before, their srvices was good compare to Pioneer. Now I’m regretting for disconnection of Beam Services. Though Beam didn’t provide good Customer services, atleast they were reliable. Now, planning to disconnect Pioneer services. Please, don’t even think of Pioneer ISP in the future, just ignore.
