I have subscribed to pioneer broadband in last two weeks. For first week everything was fine, ..customer service was okay and polite. But honeymoon period was soon over. I am without internet for last 4 days now and customer service has lifted their hands and said they cannot solve this problem. They are saying everybody is getting internet and we do not know why you are not getting. When we contact them repeatedly they talk filth and bang their phones.
The sales person who came to my house initially is not picking up the phone and refuses to refund the money. I am thinking of going to consumer court.
