Friends....Be aware of Pioneer broadband services.

I have taken Pioneer broadband sometime back. ooops… it was pathetic experience with them and I suffered a lot… first 1 month their service was ok. Later on started struggled with poor connectivity and worst service. No proper helpline service.


I have to give negative rating for their services if there is option.


Every other day/week I had faced a problem like server down, low speed issues.


After several continuous and long arguments, they kept separate box and receiver in my home. There are 3-5 boxes including modem at my home.:-) . but still problem persists.


More than that, they are charging around Rs.700 for 10MBPS speed where other service providers are providing 60MBPS with monthly Rs.550 plan.


Worst helpline service. Always long waiting queue whenever I call to their call center(040-43435353). They keep on disconnecting the call again and again. Very sad thing is, they use unparliamentarily language also if we question about their poor services.


Observed that, poor internal communication between their call center and accounts department.


Every other day/week I had faced a problem like server down, low speed issues.


When I asked their call center staff to deactivate my user, they started swearing at me. That’s why I had to write this review…
