I ordered A product (Pioneer Car Stereo) on 17th September 2014 which shown in the snapdeal site. Today I got a message and an email that the order has been cancelled due to some technical reason.
I called to customer care person and she gave me excuse that the order has been cancelled due to some technical reason and you will get your money refunded in between 5 to 7 working days.(now have to see how many days they are going to take).
BUDDY Snap Deal, why don’t you send the products which u shown in the website. we are paying full money and after waiting and wasting our couple days the order is cancelled without giving any concrete reason from your side. Not just that we have to wait for a whole week(I don’t know how many days from now) to get our money refund.Do we have to put faith on Snap deal. NO MORE.
