Pioneer is one of the worst services in the world. They promise you a million things to take your money and then do nothing about it.
First they promised a banquet hall for functions and when we asked them to show the halls for a function, they took to some horrible places in Mumbai, where no decent person would even stop their car by mistake. in those places they took us to host a family function.
Now we asked for the hotel stay, they asked us to inform 45 days in advance, so when we contacted them on 1st July to book a hotel in Dubai for 21st August, they said all the hotels in Dubai are booked till August end. Which world are they living in? If I want to book a hotel tonight in Dubai, I will get millions of hotels with available rooms and then can’t find a room for next 1 and half month?
Then they asked me to book for September. I said Ok, tell me the hotel names available. They asked me to select a location. I asked them. how big with Dubai be? You give me the options and I’ll choose, then they said they will call me. I asked them. Do you have my number, then they reply - no, we will email you.
It’s 2 days and no proper information. You are not just good at ruining vacations but you have an awful customer care service. When we go to the office, they promise big things on the face, and tell us to send email. And when we email, they’ll reject everything and create problems.
I regret wasting money on them. None of the staff that we speak to one month are still working with them the next month. All either quit or get terminated, either ways this company has no goodwill, no reputation and the worst customer service ever
