I handed over my scooty to Pioneer Honda, Noida Sector 63 on January 5, 2025, after an accident. The surveyor completed his inspection and gave a positive report on January 8, 2025. Everything seemed fine until then.
The nightmare began with Mr. Gopal from the store department, who initially assured me that the required parts would arrive within a week. However, even after waiting for a whole month until February 5, 2025, nothing happened. Mr. Suraj, the service coordinator, kept misleading me every single day with the same false promise: "Tomorrow. tomorrow. tomorrow."
Frustrated, I filed multiple complaints with customer care:

Instead of addressing the issue, the service department repeatedly updated false information, claiming that I was not picking up calls, which was a complete lie!
The service manager, Mr. Manish Bist, is the most uncooperative person in the entire Delhi NCR region. He never picks up calls, and when he does, his response is careless and irresponsible.
After deliberate delays, they falsely informed me that parts had arrived on February 8, but due to the weekend, invoicing could only be done on Monday, February 10. Yet again, this was another lie! Finally, on February 11, when they claimed to have fixed my vehicle, I discovered they had installed old parts instead of new ones!
Only after repeated complaints did they reluctantly arrange the correct parts. The entire staff behaves like dictators, showing no cooperation or accountability. Visiting them was always a stressful experience.
DO NOT waste your time and money at Pioneer Honda, Noida Sector 63!
They are dishonest, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this service center.
