I personally lost nearly ₹3 lakhs, including the security deposit and additional expenses to manage staff to complete the project. Initially, they were very polite and helpful, right up until the day of submitting the work. After that, they stopped responding to calls and messages.
One of my employees suggested we take screenshots of our work for safety, which turned out to be a good move. Since the work was submitted online, they manipulated the data from their end because they had backend access. This made it impossible for us to verify our own work. After a week, they sent us an error report filled with mistakes, claiming our work was wrong. However, when we checked the screenshots, everything was accurate on our side. They manipulated the data just to reject the work and keep the deposit we paid.
