Restaurant in Hyderabad

The other day I took my wife and my niece to the Pizza Corner Take Away situated in Sikh Village Near Bowenpally in Secunderabad. It was around 7 PM. We reached there by an autorickshaw from Airport. There were 4 tables with four chair around each of them. We thought that it would be an eat out place and so we entered. We were told there was service and we can place the order and pay for the order and the food would be served on the tables situated outside in the open. So we went and sat after placing the order and paying for the order. After about 10 minutes the food came in packets. We asked them if we can eat them. They said, ’yes’ and so we opened the parcels and started eating them . I called for the steward/supplier and asked for a glass of water while eating. We were then told that they would not have any tumblers and not even water to drink. They only have cool drinks supplied in cans. We had no water to wash the hands too. It was very shabby. We returned very unhappy having spent Rs 500/- and could not even wash the hands after eating.

The restaurant people should not put any tables and chairs. If they have put and they were prepared to serve the food there they should have the minimum facility of providing plain drinkng water and a wash basin for washing the hands after eating.

The food was good and tasty.

Flavor as expected of the choice made.

Ambience : Very lonely and noisy due to heavy traffic and also dirty due to flying dust.

Servers were courteous but helpless in any way.
