Am truly amazed that Pizza Hut has recruited such outrageously rude managers as seen in Aundh. when asked (through the waiter)about the type of fish used in some seafood dish, I witnessed a grossly offensive behavior from them.
They told the waiter to ’tell them its fish and dont ask any names’Aren’t we supposed to know what fish we are eating????Also when I asked for removing the ice from my green apple drink, I was made to wait for 1/2 hr (just to remove the ice). Till then the drink was lying on the counter.on reminding about the drink I was given the same drink which was lying there for so long.
When I returned it to the waiter (which was the 3rd different one attending to our table), the manager again rudely screamed at him to give the same drink back to us. It’s unbelievable. I came to celebrate Diwali there with my Bro, only to be offended by the so called MANAGERS of PIZZA HUT Aundh.
Never again shall I visit Pizza hut in aundh. I would also discourage my friends from going there .thanks to these unruly , offensive managers. These guys should learn a lesson or two from The friendly guys from MC Donalds.
