Food presentation is really bad on this branch. The quantity and the quality of the food is very poor and the pizza tastes really bad over here . The food is delivered very late and they delivered my order after 25 min that’s a very big drawback. The pizza is taste is not the best of the pizza Hut. This branch pizza is quite different from other branch. The ambience is not bad every pizza hut has its best ambience provided by the manager. Nothing issue with the atmosphere and environment. The ambience is very favorable and positive attitude. They maintain the furniture in a very good manner. No problem faced with the ambience. The consumer services is really bad they don’t give any respect or they don’t show effectiveness on there work. The food is delivered after 25 min that’s a very big drawback to this food court of pizza hut . They maintain the ambience as best but they didn’t maintain there mind set in a good manner. The value of money is really poor because this branch didn’t give any offer sheet which ever branch as its own offer on some selected items. Nothing special on weekdays and weekends also this is a very big drawback to this pizza hut branch.
