It was worst experience ever I faced in pizza hut. The staff manager/ cashier were so uncooperative. I dined of Rs 422 and the staff had swiped my card twice with Rs 422.
I got an sms on my mobile, when I sawed them, they told “its not we have done”, and we have swiped the card one”. Immediately I contacted my bank and they told the card has been swiped twice with different transaction code.
I visited the near by bank branch of ICICI and took the statement copy stamped with bank and I went back to pizza hut to saw them the proof. I was surprise that the person/ manager available there, did not believe on that also.
It was just Rs 422 and does not wanted to waste my time much on that and to argue with a person who doesn’t have sense of proof. I will suggest in future, I love pizza hut so I will definitely go but not to that branch.
