People, who live in bangalore, and often go to pizza hut kormangala bangalore, please beware of them, they are thugs, cheaters, ba*tards. Never use your credit card there for making any payments.
Last sunday i.e. on 12/06/2011 we went to pizza hut for dinner. The bill came was for the amount Rs.971(Nine hundred and seventy one only).
I made the payment through my credit card, they swiped for Rs.971, produced bill for the same amount, I signed it, everything went fine.
I checked my credit card bill on monday, it showed Rs.971, everything was fine till then.
Then on thursaday, my bill was generated, and to my surprise, the bill amount became Rs.1000.
I made no other purchase, from my card, I called citibank, they said that pizza hut has claimed for Rs.1000, so thats what is shown in the bill.
I went to pizza hut center where I dined, those bast*rds have written with pen on the slip produced(which comes from the machine aftyer swiping, and not the bill) that I have given them Rs.29 as tip, which I nowhere did(They already charge 10% of your bill amount as tip, why should I pay more).
This is clear cut fraud, today they inflated the bill for me by Rs.29, but they could have done it for more amount as well.
people I dont want you to be cheated too, it was no point talking to the manager there, as I felt he himself is involved in this scam.
If possible please avoid pizza hut kormangala, and if any of you have any financial knowledge, then please guide me as how to sue these cheaters.
