First what I like,

Most of the items on the menu not available
pizza has become very expensive
customers are treated like dogs
manager behaves like an auto driver
service is very bad
soft drinks are served at room temp. ice is not available usually(charged 40/-)
grossly understaffed
more preference given to door delivery
Speed of service is average. Weekends are usually crowded. Avoid on special ocassions like valentines day etc.
If you have a choice, stay away from this outlet.
Pizza is not worth all the money.
I would have visited this outlet atleast some 10 times now and everytime I end up having an argument with the staff and go home in a bad mood.
Please please avoid this outlet. If these guys assume that people will flock this outlet however bad the service is, they are mistaken.
