I have been to the pizza hut outlets in quite a few places in mumbai and also in agra and new delhi. for all the commercials they show all I can say about the service is appalling, especially at the r-mall outlet in mulund wher it is nothing short of horrendous.generally the place is always packed and you are told to wait outside where there are no benches or anything so you just stand there. also u notice that if u shout and complain a lot u will get in b4 guys who came earlier. once inside u do not get water or anything unless u ask for it . a waiter with zero sense of humourwill come and take ur order. also I would not recommend asking the waiter which pizza contains what or which is more suitable etc. coz they hardly know anything themselves and keep stuttering continuously. and after u order I suggest u go out and shop or read a book or have a long nap for u arent likely to see ur waiter again for around a third of an hour.when u do see him finally he will assure you that he is coming and then dissapear again.And no, this does not happen only on saturday nights or anything but even on weekday mornings !U finally get a pizza which for all ur trouble is nothing to write home about. And even if u like it I doubt whether you will order another!The pizzas are priced okay but the rest is atrocious.300ml Pepsi for Rs.35 !! 5 pieces of garlic bread for Rs.50 !!Oh gawwdddd ! Also they have a bell at the doorway which u r supposed to ring if u had a good time.I’m sure that everyone rings it more out of novelty than anything else ! In short u would better of home delivering than actually going to the restaurant .
