Have any of you’ll been to a pizza hut recently. The ill maintained premises , ill mannered staff and the taste less new menu left me scarred. if you were to go to a pizza hut about 3 years ago it would’ve been a completely different story. I dont really know what went wrong with the management.
I guess its the lack of interest from the main company shown towards franchises. In several separate incidents me and my friends have found hair in the food. The take away takes too long and seating space is inadequate. By god the standards have really dropped below rock bottom.
I’ve been in dhabas with more regard for cleanliness. the regular old menu is however just the same. with all the old all time favorites still in the menu. the only reason stopping me from going to another pizza joint is because of the lack of one that serves similar dishes
