I tried to order online from Pizza hut by making online payment but due to their pathetic system was not able to make online payment, I called their customer care their agent told me to make an online order with COD and call them back to ask them bring the UDC machine for card swiping during delivery.I did the same thing but after that when I called to confirm they said they don’t have UDC service for the nearest store(HSR Layout).
I called the customer service again and told them their agent only told me to make a COD and ask for UDC afterwards. They put me in hold for a long time when I was telling them, then the store manager calls me and talks to me as if am the merchant and he is the customer and he kept rambling on and on.Talk about customer service.
Finally when I threatened to go to customer forum for the same they said they will send the UDC with them.so that means they have UDC service only that they don’t want to get charged for card payment and the hassle to carry it. Pathetic service indeed.will never order from Pizza hut again in my life!
