From the last time I wrote a review to today when I am updating my review , pizza hut has come a long way. . .
From the time pizza hut has introduced its new menu our frequency of going there has become almost double. Each time we try a new appetizer along with a pizza n each of the dishes are so tastey. All I wish is that pizza hut introduces a range of low fat pizzas withmulti grain or wheat crust with less cheesesoon.I had some great pizzas in australia at Manly in Sydney and we could get something like that it would be awesome. That pizzawas crisp and had grilled chicken on it with little cheese and bar-be- que sauce , then the other with mexciano sauce and many more.We get nothing close to that in India. If pizza hut could go an extra mile to get a new range of pizzas it would be so nice.
Another thing I wish for is buffets at pizza hut just like the pizza hut international buffets. That comprises of Salad counter , unlimited aerated drinks , garlic bread , assorted veg & Non-veg pizzas , pasta and ice cream with toppings.I wish the pizza hut team comes up with this surprise whenever they re-create their menu.

Im a food lover and like all cuisines, specially Italian.
There was a time when I used to go to only Pizza hut for great tasting Pizzas and that was atleast thrice a month.And today I hate it so much that pizza hut is always the last option.
Dominos and Papa Johns are anyday better.Sbbaro is the new one in saket - Quiet good but overpriced.
The kind of unprofessionalism which is there in the pizza hut staff does not motivate you to be served by such people who are not well trained.
A few years back pizza hut use to use only Cyprus flour which is rich in gluten and has better elasticity than the indian flour but now to reduce costs they have degraded the quality by using indian flour in a few outlets.
Now if you order the garlic breadit iseither underdone or overdone.Some times there is too much butter in the garlic bread and cheese is not proportionately put.
And if you order apan pizza it is usually not fluffy and lacks appropriate colour which should come after baking.A lot many times you get your order that has lost the right temperature at which it was supposed to be served.
The tables never have the condiments like oregano, mustard, ketchup etc and you have to ask for it.By the time it comes to you you are half done with your meal.And then the server has the guts to come back to you after some time to take away the condiments to give it to another customer.
No follow ups are done to check the quality.You have to scream for the server as they do not pay attention.
People go there only because it is affordable or they merely want to eat and not enjoy what they are eating.If the case remains so then god knows what kind of crowd pizza hut will get.
Not to mention the delivery - Home delivered food by pizza hut is even worse.
The management better wake up and get outside their cabins.
