We ordered the newly introduced Indian Treat for 2 from Pizza Hut, which
consists of 2 Personal Pan Pizzas, 1 Spin Roll and a Dip in one box. The
order was placed at 7:10 PM, and the order was delivered at past 8:10 PM,
whereas other Pizza Delivery Chains deliver Pizzas within 30 minutes flat, and
when Pizza Hut, said 45 minutes, they took over 1 hour to Delivery.
On Delivery, we found that the Spin Roll was fully BURNT, and not Edible
(Photo attached). On calling Pizza Hut, we were told that a replacement is
being sent, which came in again after one hour, well past 9:10 PM, and this
time, the Box containing the Spin Roll was in Bad Shape, and the Rolls were
soggy, and not edible at all (Photo Attached).
When we called them again, and told them this, we were told that a Senior
shall call us back, which did not happen till well past 10 PM, and when we
called them again well past 10 PM, we were made to hold the phone like
fools, as if we were asking for a favour. The person on the phone was not at
all apologisitic and told us that he would send another replacement, which
was of no use after 3 hours of ordering the food, and hence we told them to
send us a refund for the Roll, which he refused to ... alas, this would have
happened in the US ... Pizza Hut in India, has started taking Indians for
granted, as has Pepsi and Coke done by feeding us with Pesticides ... Indians
wake up, boycot these American Chains ... they want us to pay them for 3rd class customer service ... not acceptable.
