Visited the hut after a long time, the place still looks the same but somethings have changed for the worse.
Ambiance: Typical franchisee model layout, bright, airy, straight forward seating with ample space.
Service: This is one area where Pizza Hut at least this outlet seems to have gone down. The waiter certainly did not want us in the restaurant at that time. It was 3PM and the place was empty. But if your opening ours are from 11-11 we expect them to be smiling and welcoming. Apart that, the fellow also goofed up in the drinks wherein we had specifically asked not to put ice cubes but it was there in all the 4 drinks that we had ordered.
Food: Pizza tasted good as usual but the base had soaked up a lot of oil which was evident in the pan that was left. Maybe they put a lot of oil for the base to not stick with the PAN a clear case of messing it up or a new trainee
