I have visited this restaurant on 01/10/2017 with my family and kids. That day I had a very worst experience of my life. When I visited and approached the booking counter they said "please wait someone will come and handle your order". So I waited patiently for 15 minutes nobody came.
Then I visited the counter again and asked then to take my order and ordered a non veg chicken pizza. The guy said we took your order and didn't give any receipts and made us wait in table to serve.
Another 25 minutes gone and I was fed up, I asked them again in the counter, he said we didn't take order yet. I was seriously so humiliated and frustrated that time.
I said then I'll give feedback to your site manager and left that place. I was so depressed and disappointed to see my wife and kids at such worst place with worst service, we were hungry too.
All that time of 40 minutes waiting, no waiter came to our table, I just visited 3 times to the counter myself.
I gave the feedback to the pizza hut email address support and Google maps. Then the store manager called me and apologized flee the inconvenience. From that day I ditched Pizza hut and switched to Dominos.
