I visit there once as its nearby to my house first of all the location is good. I ordered for a medium pizza the person at the counter say it took 10 min as there are very few people out there but it take them 25 min to serve pizza which is not even properly cooked as the crust is burned and it make it hard to eat.
Their is vast choice in pizza but the ingredients looks not so fresh and even the crust of the pizza is burnt from some side and cheese is cold as its hard to eat and their is only 1 ketchup bottle for 2 or 3 table which is very bad service
Talking about the ambience the place is clean. there is no smell or any kind of odour. As it’s in the mall the outer environment is also best u can see the view around you and the hygiene is maintained
Customer service is poor as I have to call them 3 times for my order and the chilli flakes are missing from the table they should work on their customer services
The last part is the cost of the pizzas I found that the prices are costly and the quality is low don’t know why they charges too much they should reduce their charges and serves better quality
