I am a big Pizza fan, and I love Pizza Hut the most when it comes to Pan Pizzas. However I had to write this review based on my experience on this specific joint.
It was second time I visited this Pizza Hut located in Pimple Saudagar. Considering my first experience as just a badluck, I tried again. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience at any Pizza restaurant till now. Some highlights of this experience:
We ordered, payed and made to sit for 25 minutes before our order arrived. Waiting time was quoted as 12 minutes when we paid the money.
After requesting 3 times for over 15 minutes, someone came and cleaned the table.
We could see filth on the floor with no one noticing, caring to clean it, so you can consider this as most unhygienic Pizza Hut in the town.
No sense of service, Pizza taste too was very degraded if I compare with my previous Pizza hut visits in other outlet.
So do not try this specific Pizza Hut joint.and if at all you are running out of options, try at your own risk!
