Yesterday, I took my daughter who is 5 yrs old to pizza hut. She is very crazy for the pizzas.
The offer was pizza, garlic bread/ potatoes wedges/ cold drink, ice cream. Seeing her health issues (breathing problem).
i requested Mr. Rameshwar, pizza hut Rajkot branch to adjust something in Saturday offer that instead of cold drinks/ ice cream in adjust in garlic bread. I knew it wasn’t possible in case to adjust in pizzas. Adjustments in garlic breads would surely was my thinking but straight away he said, "no madam. I requested him so many times. He answer every time was a no.
I left pizza hut rajkot branch w/o having anything. It was very bad n embarrassing experience since I’m very old customer. The old manager was good n kind to handle such issues with me.
Hope you take some action and revert me. Rajkot branch has my number.
