I had ordered a meal for 6 from Kondapur, Hyderabad. I ordered at 8:20 pm and they were supposed to deliver it at 8:50 pm. The delivery person called at 8:35 and said will be at my place in 10 mins. There was no sign of him till 9:15 pm. I called the outlet to check and they gave reasons every time. They don’t honour the 30 min delivery policy at all. After repeated complaints the delivery man arrived at 10:15 pm with all the stuff cold and we were unable to consume it. I had to throw away half of the stuff. I lodged a complaint with them over a mail but there has been no response from them at all. These MFs don’t deserve to be in business. They should close down. I still demand a full refund of my money with interest and am still waiting to get it.
