Though pizza hut is known a restaurant in worldwide I don’t know about other places but in Kolkata, pizza hut is not so good at all. This restaurant is an average pizza shop in Kolkata and not as good as compared to Domino’s and another pizza shop.
The main food which is pizza is not at all good or tasty. The quality of the food is average and I don’t like it at all. The ingredients of the pizza are not good enough. It does not make the pizza so tasty or better than another pizza shop like domino. I didn’t feel the mouth melting taste of the pizza. As we know that pizza should contain lots of cheese but pizza’s in pizza hut doesn’t contain that kind of a large amount of cheese in the pizzas. Though the presentation is good where the food is not. This presentation of the food attracts the customers but it does not mean that the food is good. But anyway I have to say the presentation is good enough.
The atmosphere in the pizza hut restaurants is good also. So peaceful atmosphere in the restaurants. The temperature is cool enough as we feel good. Now that’s a plus point as my experience.
The customer service is again average as compared to other restaurants.
The value for money is bad . This is another minus point of this restaurant . They take to much money for simple not tasty pizza’s and other side dishes like beverages e.t.c . Like they cost a simple mineral water Rs.70 . That’s too much high rate for a simple mineral water . So I dont think that a value for money too much at all.
So as my experience I would not recommend anyone to go to pizza hut . Cause Doominoz is better than pizza hut and any other pizza shops!
