Earlier ( before reconstruction) the serive was awesome but after that the restaurant remained closed for a while recently and after that the restaurant has become a crap bag. It’s service is awful, the receptionist never answers the calls properly and cuts the line before listening to their complete order. It serves food late and the food it delivers is almost cold and not in a condition to be eaten. The prices of this restaurant have also increased tremendously. They take 600 bucks for a medium Vege supreme and then also add tax to it. In an order of ₹1000, the person pays 300-350 bucks for taxes only. It’s ambience is not so good too. The sofa in which me and my family sat was broken. I’m sorry for saying this but Pizza Hut’s ( Salt Lake branch) service and courtesy has become nil.
