Pros-
Small delivery area,
personal pan for each shift worked, rapidly hired, online training covers standard procedures well. Yearly raise was on time.
Cons-
Had a wreck on the job and it wasnt clear whether theyre insurance would cover it or mine. Co-workers disregard standards so pizzas are rarely the same. They dont pay their staff much and you get what you pay for. if you snitch on coworkers stealing food than they sabotage you. Not allowed to s…
Advice to Management-
Move to a pay scale similar to Arbysfor cooks and cashiers. Pay cooks slightly more than cashiers. Pay drivers minimum wage instead of below( just because others in your industry get away with it doesnt mean you have to) . Abolish 27 hour maximum rule.
