I have recently visited the Pizza Hut at Karol Bagh , New Delhi and had food with my family.
The service was excellent.
The food was very delicious and the service was very prompt as per the order.
Premises has been maintained very well and environment was very good.
Water is served only at request thus pushing the customer to be obliged to place order for drinks in stead of water.
The server was very courteous and kept enquiring about the food and how feel about everything.
The cool drink , though it is supplied out of a fountain was not bottom less. We have to pay for every glass. For the charges that we pay we expect the second serve of the drink to be free.
The cost of the Pizzas was little higher and could be worked out little economical so that the middle class family can afford(Mind it , India has almost 70% in this category).
Over all I wish to visit Pizza Hut again and again for good food and value for money and the hygienic value.
