Pizza hut has become a third graded eatery joint. It has become worst over the years.
My recent experience:
I went to Pizza hut, Madhapur, Hyderabad today and asked for 4 combo meals. Their menu says one combo meal has a single pizza, one portion of garlic bread and one glass Pepsi. I asked 4 such combos for take-away.
Then the so called manager Mr SATISH immediately said we don’t have carry away glasses and so we can’t give Pepsi. Then I asked what about pet bottles? Since I’m taking 4 combos, you can give me 1 or 2 bottles. He immediately said we don’t have pet bottles also. I was very surprised as to how they are serving to dine-in customers if they don’t have even pet bottles.
Then I was looking at the menu and that pig Satish went away and some other manager came. I asked him the same thing again. To my surprise he told me that "yes we have pet bottles and we can give 2 bottles for 4 combo meals". Then I called that pig Satish and asked him that this person is saying you have pet bottles and why are you denying? He got angry on that manager and rudely said I’m the store manager and I’m saying we don’t have.
Then I told them that your service sucks and Dominos are far better than you. They were not even bothered by hearing this and were smiling without being sorry.
Then I finally ordered another pizza combo(4 different pizzas, 2 veg, 2 non-veg) and brought to my car without looking inside the box.
I got 2 surprises:
1) When I opened the box in my car I found that all the 4 pizzas were non-veg and of the same variety.
2) I saw one person coming with a combo pack with a pet bottle of pepsi from that store.
I was getting late so I thought of not fighting with the pig Satish.
Now the readers please decide how will you rate the great Pizza Hut and its service.
