Very poor customer service.
The first customer touch point- their website is lousy (I could not find worse word). It takes looong time to load, then will always say that at given address, there is no store available, so change the address BUT same result. All in all, can’t order online unless you are staying at place like nariman point.
Their phone calling service will waste your time money for initial 2 minutes, telling you that there is online order facility (which doesn’t work). Then the person attending the call will repeat all your information already with them (irritating).
The pizzas delivered may not be in good condition. I ordered one Magic Pan set when I was in Indore- one pizza was upside down in the box, all toppings was stuck to the paper and it was not looking fresh.
Truly, very bad service and product delivery.
