Today I have ordered Pizza, cheese garlic bread and Pepsi at Pizza hut, 73-75 Ace Towers, Dr Rk Salai, Rk Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
I am not at all happy with the delivery service. While making order, the delivery committed in 45 mins and it’s get delayed by 45 mins.
On top of to this there is no ketchup! What better you can think above to this? If you are in service industry, don’t dare to play with bad customer experience.
