This is the second time I have been cheated by the Pizzahut at Bharat Mall, Mangalore thats why I thought that I should write the review.
First, some months back I made specific orders but when the bill came I thought it was more than my order so when I asked, they said that they did not have a regular size pizza so they made a large one for me(I did not see it coz it was a take away and it was still with them) without even asking me and giving me a choice or taking my consent. This is like cheating as I could have chosen another type that was available in regular size as it was too much for few of us along with other things we had ordered. They had by themselves boosted my bill. I was mad but I had already paid so let it be.
Second time was when I went this time, I had Shoppers Stop first citizen card that has All India discount at all Pizzahut stores of 20% if bill exceeds Rs.500/- My bill was more than that but they refused to give me discount and on insistence, they gave only 10%. That is not respecting the arrangement they had with the Shoppers Stop store and not keeping the commitment they would have made. Also, they are trying to fleece the customers as much as they would like.
I have never had such experiences with Pizzahut outlets elsewhere but the one at Bharat Mall Mangalore, takes the cake for cheating customers left right and center in whatever way they find possible.
Very bad place to go unless really necessary. I do not recommend for anybody.
