I wanted to share sincere feedback about the calls that I received today from this company.
Point by Point you will find below, how they approach innocent professionals and lure them.
> They look for recent updates or new profiles in Naukri, Monster and other job sites.
> They will call. Some guy from Eastern India is hired who has poor accent.
> This guy says blah blah, reads from their saved drafts some 7-8 company names.
> Tells his clients are in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, UK etc.
> Gives big and high hopes then send couple of mails also.
> tells we need to pay him just Rs 7, 000 and he will make sure we get 5-10 interviews all premier clients etc. Packages around 35-50 lakhs
> When I told this guy I am not interested in paying any amount, he got shock of the day. That reflected as he was taken aback in just few seconds not even minutes.
> His Tone changes to irritation and then the next worst thing he does is, get rude.
> He tries to convince me with force and then when I am not getting convinced, he cuts my call even when I am still speaking .
> That shows he is not a sophisticated professional.
Let me tell you my understanding in 1 Line(if not more): Genuine Recruiters, irrespective of all other things always(100% of the time) will get payout from client for getting a candidate on rolls. Candidate need not pay at all.
Have come common sense. We need to be mature by now.
I bitterly wept myself when I almost got preyed in the past. My Lord saved me and that amount was 1 Lakh plus almost ten years back(around 10 Lakh, today’s money) when some one lured me for a position in UK in a non existent company.
Our experience shared in such forums will be useful for new and innocent professionals. We took the hard route. Hope they learn from our bitter lessons that we somehow learnt with lots of endurance.
