Recently I bought a Honda Dio from planet Honda, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
First of all, the the regular waiting period of 3 months was extended to 6 months without any formal communication. The customer service was poor.
Finally, when the bike was delivered, we found that some screws were missing from the body. The customer support is really poor. the sales person are not courteous. Within a month, the bike’s back light stopped functioning, the buzzer started malfunctioning. When we gave it for the first servicing, they kept the bike for 2 days, and after 2 days they had still not done the basic fixes, the missing screws that we had complained about were not fixed. The vehicle was not cleaned.
I will surely not recommend buying from planet Honda (Bangalore).
