I left my Activa for service(paid). When I received the vehicle, it was not washed. After I got it washed with the attention of the manger, I found the tail light was not working. They asked me to go and purchase the tail light. The cashier at spare parts was very rude and told me he had no change for rs. 50. I was made to run up and down to find change for the shortfall in servicing. THe cashier at the spare parts counter lacks customer interaction education. The unserviceable tail light was already entered in the job card. The manger pradeep is not to be found, He is most improperly dressed and never in his chair.
He is in the neighboring tea shop always talking on his mobile. HE doesnt attend to customers and is not even dressed like a manager of a service center.The service center is worse than a road side scooter mechanic shop. When I drove out, the right mirror fell off and I had to go back to get it fixed.
I have a AMC for the full year. I regret having to go to the fourth block Rajajinagar service center. Worst.
Will somebody put some sense into the manager ??
