I brought a CB twister bike from planet honda. They promised delivery within 5 days but they delivered it after 15 days.More over they took extra amount saying that due to budget the cost of the bike increased. So I had no choice but to pay up as my bike wasn’t delivered.


Once the amount was given they act like they are delivering the bike from their own money. More over in the showroom only vehicles which give them max commission are kept like CB Twister, Unicorn but Honda Active and Shine are not kept at showroom at all. The people who explain about the vehicle do not have any knowledge and they try to push the vehicle on your face.


Next coming to the service part. The service should be given only between 7.30 am-9.00 am. There isn’t any crowd management and the service executives take their own time to come! So we need to waste a lot of time standing there(the crowd is better managed at Tirupati temples than here).


One the service executives come they check the vehicle and they just write down polish of a vehicle without consulting the owner and charge 150 rs for that. If we didn’t get the polish then they charge unnecessarily like consumable charges 27 rs+ greasing of chain 87 rs+engine oil 150 rs and put a huge tax of 13.5% on it. Companies such as Maruthi Suzuki give completely free service for brand new cars(i.e bill is 0.00).


Conclusion:


They don’t know how to sell vehicles or service them. The quality of service is horrible. I do not recommend any one to go to planet Honda.
