I have got my Santro car from Planet 2 years back.Till date I have made 4/5 service with them but no complain was resolved till date in all service.My car went and come back as it is.After complaining to there staff they tell sorry, Please take back to us and we will do it.Then why dnt you do when you took for service.What you do to car when it is service if we have to take back to resolve the problem.
In 2 years my CAR ECM( Electronic Control Module ) failed when my family in car and started smoke from engine, Back Tyre broke on express highway at 120 when my wife and me traveling. Many relays fail and lots of problem. I suspect that they have given me faulty car. I have mailed to there CEO as they everywhere written that in any problem please write but no reply from any CEO, GM, Sr.Manager. They all are cheater.
Car only ran 12, 000KM in 2 years and so many problems.
Please do not buy car from Planet Hyundai Ahmedabad.
