I have purchased I 10 Hyundai on 26Jul-11. On 4th day of delivery on 31Jul, in the evening, while driving I was shocked when I found my cars gear transmission leaver became free from its base( disconnected) my car was in only one gear(rear) position(moving) then I have to call Hyundai road service, Mr.Hiren trivedi service engineer attended call after 45Min. After he inspected car he took the car to Hyundai show room at khokhra.


also I have to mention that Car was delivered


without installing accessories like MP3, Body cover, Teflon polish and sun film which were offered while dealing.


Here I would like to inform you that within 4th day of purchasing of new car this incident happned. I will not accept this defective car which can put me or my family in big trouble while driving anywhere on road. So, I also lost my trust on your company.


The Hyundai road service took my car on 31st july night at 11:30pm to repair. it is very shameful for you that your new car is going for repairing after 4th day of purchase. IF every 4th day this kind of problem occurs so what is the use of new car?   Its VERY VERY INCONVINENT FOR ME. I DONT WANT TO SUFFER MORE.


Next day(monday morning {1 aug 2011}), I was waiting for a call from planet Hyundai Khokhra branch. Till evening I didn’t get any response from PLANET HYUNDAI. Then I inquired but no one gave me responsible answer, I am very disappointed and I feel cheated By PLANET HYUNDAI khokra. also I was tortured by them that why didn’t you not took car loan from them and taken directly from icici bank. And they made each other internal dispute between ICICI and PLANET HYUNDAI KHOKRA staff and for that also I suffered a lot.


Now, I don’t have trust on your company, your worst staffs and your worst service. So I want my FULL REFUND.


And if you will not do this process in time, I will take compensation and LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU AND YOUR COMPANY.


And I also want you to inform company about this defective car should go back to company, so that other customers do not suffer as like us.


If you can not solve this problem I will forward this complain to concern with higher authority.


AND IF YOU WILL NOT RESPOND I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.


THIS IS NOT FEEDBACK, THIS IS MY COMPLAIN AGAINST PLANET HYUNDAI COMPANY AND THEIR WORST STAFFS.


Right now my car is in Planet Hyundai showroom at khokhra and I want "FULL REFUND ONLY".
