I bought a few titles from Planet M Online more than a month ago. I had paid online through my credit card and after more than a month I get the online status of my orders as ’’Order Under Process’’. You send a mail to those guys asking for the status of ur orders and all u get is a auto-reply mail saying they will get beack to you within 48 hours. I have send abt 10 mails and thats all I get. No one has ever bothered to reply to any mail.
My personal experience in buying products from rediff.com is much much better. You ask them the status and be sure to get a mail from them. Whereas Planet M Online has got awful customer service. One of the worst I have ever come across. I definitely don’t recommend this site or store to anyone. People, go for easybuystore.com or rediff.com for your online purchases but definitely not planetm.co.in.
