Iam writing this review out of sheer frustration and after going through one of the most unethical and shocking experiences with Planet Spark. This company has mastered the art of misleading customers with false promises, charging hefty fees, and then conveniently hiding behind their own manufactured policies when it comes to refunds.
First, they mis-sold the course with attractive promises—200 classes, personalised training, expert faculty, etc. But the moment you pay them, their commitment ends right there. They don’t deliver what they promise, and the quality of the single class attended was nowhere close to what they claimed.
When I requested a refund, initially they said they would deduct only the fee for the classes attended. But later, they suddenly introduced a new twist: 20% deduction + per class charges, which we NEVER agreed to. This 20% “cancellation charge” was NEVER mentioned during counselling, and it is NOT mentioned anywhere on their website either—I checked thoroughly. This is a classic example of cheating customers by hiding crucial terms.
After multiple follow-ups and endless struggles, they shared a refund calculation that was completely in their favour, making me lose 20% of my hard-earned money for attending just 1 class out of the 200 promised. And that too, they claim the refund will take 90 days! Absolutely ridiculous!
To make it worse, I will now be paying EMIs for the next 3 months for a service I never utilized, while Planet Spark enjoys the interest on my money. I wonder if their top management has ever heard the word ethics.
Here comes the biggest shock: They promised “NO COST EMI”—only a processing fee would be charged. But when I checked my credit card bill, I saw interest added, proving that even their no-cost EMI claim is a blatant lie. All credit goes to Planet Spark for this new height of fraud.
And as if all this was not enough, yesterday I received an email from their team threatening to hold my refund just because I posted a genuine review on Google. I mean, seriously? I have never seen an education company stoop this low. If they can’t even operate ethically, what values are they planning to teach our kids?
Planet Spark is a perfect example of how NOT to run an education business.
They mislead, they hide information, they trap customers, and they punish you for speaking the truth.
My sincere advice: Stay far away from Planet Spark. Don’t fall for their fake promises the way we did. Planet Spark has earned quite a lot of name and fame across various platforms lately.
