Fraud and scam.

I have had a call with Mehul Singh a team of planet spark whose number is +91 97381 3xxxx regrading the course wherein i have been infromed that if i do not like the course or would like to discontinue the course for any reason i can do that anytime and i will get the refund of it. I have also informed Mehul about my seperation with my ex husband and how depressed my child was. Even my sons counselling sessions were going on
Because of the depression i had to stop his schooling and shift him to the online school (Birla brainiacs). I have informed this all to Mr. Mehul beforehand and this clear that Pranil by any chance is not willing to continue i will have to stop his course, for which Mehul has shown a complete coorporation.
He then explained to me about the emi options and all the other details. Further I had a meeting with one of the counsellor along with Mr. Mehul and I agreed to pay the amount of rs. 6775/- along with the emi option.
My total sum of rs. Was rs. 51675/-
25th november I paid rs. 6775/- and booked the course for which Mr. Mehul said even i do 1 session and want to stop the course i will get all the refund except for the session that has been done will be deducted.
I took a demo session on 29 November and 1st paid session on 9 December. And as i thought Pranil my son did not want to continue with the course even after I made him understood. So keeping his disturbing stage in mind i requested to stop this course and process with the refund policy. But for couple of months after a lot of request nothing was working and I was being told that personal reasons are not acceptable which theh changed.
Every month on 3 date from jan 2025 to November 2025 my emi is getting cut of rs. 4351/- the total amount till now is rs. 47861/- + the initial amount rs. 6775/-
The total amount of rs. 54636/- has been deducted till date.
Basically there is no transparency maintained and the sales team are just doing the sales by false promises
