I was looking for public speaking classes. At that time I heard planet spark and took a demo classes. I was not sure about to take class but that day was not mine, I agreed in evening class which was taken by councellor mr. Narinder Singh. At that time, he was very polite and sincere. He told me that if i do not like class, I can cancel my registration. I had taken my course on EMI because it was out of budget. They didn’t tell me that they do not have any policy/ facility of EMI. It was a loan which had been granted by BAJAJA FINANCE. I was thinking it was the form of their EMI policy but later on when I received a message from Bajaj at that time I realised that it was a loan from Bajaj. After that I had taken a class from Google meet with my faculty but later they didn’t inform me anything which was related to my class. They had not given me any login ID and reason of not to running my classes. Then I decided to cancel my registration for that purpose I called my councellor. He suggested me to continue course. I said I don’t want to continue then I received various calls from planet spark, they tried to convience me for continuing my course. When I clearly denied for that my councellor Mr. NARINDER Singh blocked my no. And didn’t give any response. After that I did email which has been given on website, I had got an email which is no reply email. They had not cancelled my loan. After that I received a Google meet from them after Various email . Mr. Nikhil Kumar, who was on Google meet, listening my problem and trying that I did wrong. I made a wrong decision. I accept I made a mistake to choose planet spark . He said it’s your responsibility to pay loan. Then I mailed on Bajaj finance, they answered within 72 hours but they had not found my account there. After two threesom days I have sent a mail to planet spark and did cc to Bajaj finance. After they cancelled my loan but not refund money which I paid for the time of registration.( Initial money) . My experience was very bad. Their refund policies and everything are fake. Don’t trust them Especially their councellor. It’s fake platform. Better than it learn from your nearby teacher, you can catch them ask them . It is all propaganda to trap innocent people.
