I recently enrolled my kid in public speaking course with Planet Spark, expecting a high-quality online learning experience. Unfortunately, the classes failed to meet my expectations. The content was not engaging.
When I requested cancellation and refund, I was met with complete silence. Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact their support team, I received no response. The lack of communication and customer support is appalling.
Its concerning that a company prioritizes enrollment over student satisfaction. I caution others to thoroughly research before investing in their programs.
