I joined as a educator in Planet spark platform that is an online Ed-Tech company. So I joined a month ago.Its a first in a experience for me , since it’s totally a WFH job it’s needs a lot of patience , and availability . Basically you have to take a demo , then the further process take it to the enrollment. I like teaching overall, the only thing that makes u irritated and annoying is the calling part to confirm the availability of the learner. So it depends on the seriousness of the student.
I think every experience makes you a different person and you just learn everyday and before joining and after a month of completing, I can see a change in myself. I have become more comfident to communication . The annoying part of calling the student or parent made me a better communicator. The classes ofcourse made me a fluent English speaker and I know I will be benefited from this opportunity. So overall its a positive experience for me a educator in Planet spark. For teachers it’s a great opportunity if they want to be confident withing themselves because the process makes u help in so many things ..You are better at talking with people, communicating with parents , students and counsellors.
