Platinum sofas is a local Sofa manufacturer in Pune and they put up big stalls in Utsav melas.
I had ordered a sofa set in late December from their stall. Has to be said the designs are good and sofas are comfortable, but best of all is their marketing/selling tactics and salespersons.
The delivery however is totally opposite - I had to chase these people to get the product delivered and after more than a month of followups I finally got the sofas.
The quality of Sofas is similar to what was shown in mela stall, but it is not the same. The foot pegs of sofa are already giving a jittery feeling.
For new customers I am not saying not to buy from PS, but you should bargain heavily and get all the dates written in bills, because later on they are not willing to listen much or easily, and do expect the delays in delivery.
