Please do not waste your career and time with Platinum Putty Plasters as they recruit you to not pay salary and then, remove you.
I was given the offer letter on 21st March and till today 23rd May, I have worked for them for 2 months.
For 20 days, they didn’t give me any handouts / samples / visiting card.
I have gone for field work with my own bike and petrol for 25 days consuming around 5000 rs on petrol& food.
I have visited close to 100 counters and met around 10 builders and 50 painters where they don’t spend money on marketing and tell marketing guy to bring orders without any support.
After 2 months, they have given me just Rs 11000 only where it is approximately 40000 rs on my basic salary+ conveyance charges.
Everyone is in loss due to their fraud attitude( employee, owner, distributor).
Can anyone suggest if we can file a complaint with police or court?
