I have bought 3 items so far from playgroundonline, all Decathlon items and have not had a major problem so far. My only concerns with the website is the delivery time which is atleast a week plus the fact that I have to pay octroi every-time and their shipper which is Blue Dart.
Basically what happens is that if you check the status of the item on the bluedart website it will show that the item has reached Pune, then you will not receive it for a couple of days and they will then update the status of the shipment to " Consignee not available at given address or wrong address ". This is particularly worrying if you have paid for the item in advance since you don’t want the item to be shipped back to the vendor.
