I have made order 235660 on Dec 7th and the products are not yet dispatched.
Every time when I talked with their customer service they would say that the items would get dispatched within two days and no one know when would that day come.
I have previously posted on this issue in mouth shut.com on Dec10th and in response play ground team said that the issue is resolved and the items would get dispatched within two days.
Publicly they are cheating the customers.
On Thursday i.e 19th I have talked with customer Representative Amit/Ahmed and he confirmed to me that the items would get dispatched by Saturday and the items would be delivered to me by 25th but so far the product did not get dispatched.
These People caused me a lot of pain to me and if the items did not reach to me by 25th Dec I need to spend a lot of time and money to buy the products locally.
Even the product is delivered to me after dec 25th they are no more use to me.
This is one of the worst shopping site I have ever seen and it is a big fraud site.
